General Guidelines

🌸 For All Attendees (Participants & Non-Participants)  

  • ✅ Check-in begins at 10:45 AM. Enter through door 7.

  • ✅ Volunteers for Sadhya Vilambal: Report at 9:30 AM

  • ✅ At check-in, collect your family envelope, which includes:

    • Wristbands for Sadhya

    • Raffle tickets

    • Snacks tickets

  • ✅ Sadhya Wristbands must be worn before entering the cafeteria:

    • Blue– 11:15 AM

    • Green – 12:00 PM

    • Purple – 12:45 & 1.30 PM

  • ✅ Visit our sponsor booths and spend time learning about their products & services. Please carry cash if you wish to purchase items at the booths, as some vendors may not accept cards or digital payments.

  • ✅ Cultural Program begins at 1:40 PM

  • ✅ To collect the raffle prize, you must present your raffle ticket

  • ✅ Snacks will be served after the cultural program (snack tickets required)

  • ✅ Please do not bring food or beverages into the auditorium

  • ✅ Use the designated water station for drinking water

  • ✅ Remain for the entire event – leaving after your child’s performance is strongly discouraged, as it is unfair to other performers

  • ✅ Photography:

    • Official photographer available at the booth (before the program starts) and inside the auditorium (during the program)

    • No group photos will be taken after performances by the official photographer—please arrange separately outside the auditorium

  • ✅ Parents must ensure children remain seated and do not run around during the event

  • ✅ Allergy Disclaimer: Snacks and refreshments may contain or come into contact with allergens (nuts, wheat, etc.). Please take necessary precautions. Kairali is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

  • ✅ Collect all your belongings before leaving. Kairali is not responsible for lost items

  • ✅ Accessible areas: Registration lobby, bathrooms, two classrooms for dress changes, cafeteria, and auditorium. Please remind children to stay away from other areas.

🎭 For Participants Only 

  • Use the designated green rooms (separate for gents & ladies) for dress changes/prep

  • ✅ Report to one of the stage coordinators upon arrival

  • ✅ Do not request changes to the sequence order unless informed by the cultural coordinator

  • ✅ Be ready for your performance 2 sequences before your slot and inform the stage coordinator

  • ✅ Each child will receive one participation trophy – collect after all performances conclude

  • ✅ If your group is not ready at the allocated time, your performance will be moved to the end of the program
