Kairali is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Built with the aim of promoting cultural heritage and secularism, Kairali operates based on the by-laws voted by the members in the yearly general body meeting.

Kairali is run by volunteers who are actively interested in promoting a sense of camaraderie among our members. While the executive committee brings together a set of people from diverse background and possessing complementary skill sets, the committee operates on the principles of inclusivity and creativity.

Kairali celebrates major festivals of Kerala including Onam and Christmas. The specifics of other events vary year to year, but the underlying theme of every Kairali event is to foster friendship and networking among our members.

Kerala takes a unique approach to membership. The organization does not formally require a membership or does not charge its members a fee to join.

Please refer to the bylaws communicated on Aug 25, 2017 on membership details. The bylaws was approved during the Onam 2017 gathering on Sep 09,2017.

Every event has a separate registration fee and is open to any Malayali and their friends.
